Mr. Bhaskar Sidram Mane has completed his education in electrical engineering and started his career with Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) as Electrical Engineer. He was associated with MESB for 21 yrs till 1994. In the year 1994-95, he started his own contract business and later in the year 1998-99, formed a partnership firm named ‘M/s. Shri Swami Samarth Engineers as Class I-A Govt. Contractors with PWD, Govt. of Maharashtra. The firm is executing various Irrigation Projects viz; Dams, Barrages, Irrigation Tunnels, K. T. Weirs, and Canals etc. for Water Resource Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. He is Lead Partner and current job profile is to manage back office operations.

Mr. Ganesh B. Mane Deshmukh has completed his Masters education in Civil Engineering (M Tech Civil) from ‘College of Engineering Pune’ (COEP). After completing the education, he got involved as active partner of M/s. Shri Swami Samarth Engineers and his good technical expertise has guided the firm to attain turnover of more than Rs 90 crores. In 2009, He started his own Proprietary firm in the name of M/s. Mane Deshmukh G. B. Apart from these He is also a Director in Jai Hind Sugar Pvt. Ltd. He is having good expertise in Erection and construction of various projects and is having managerial skills in finance and project evaluation. M/s Mane Deshmukh G. B. is registered as Govt. Contractor Class – I.

In the year 1998-99, he has joined Contract Business as a partner in the firm named “M/s Shri Swami Samarth Engineers; which is a Registered Partnership Firm and is registered as Class I-A Govt. Contractors with Public Works Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. The firm is executing various Irrigation Projects viz; Dams, Barrages, Irrigation Tunnels, K.T.Weirs and Canals etc. for Govt. of Maharashtra. He is hardworking Partner and current job profile is to manage Cost Management, Purchase, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, securing work, Liaison with all Govt. & Non-Govt. Officers etc. Supervising at various sites. Due to his attitude and good skills, Firm’s Annual Turnover rise has up to Rs. 100.00 Crores. In this firm, he has 20% share in Profits of the Firm. The Firm is covering complete Civil Engineering Solutions in Irrigation Department of Govt. Projects. In 2008, the Firm has taken in hand HYDRO Power Project on BOT basis in at Village Kanher in Satara District under “Kanher Hydro Electrical”.
