Mr. Bhaskar Sidram Mane has completed his education in electrical engineering and started his career with Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) as Electrical Engineer. He was associated with MESB for 21 yrs till 1994. In the year 1994-95, he started his own contract business and later in the year 1998-99, formed a partnership firm named ‘M/s. Shri Swami Samarth Engineers as Class I-A Govt. Contractors with PWD, Govt. of Maharashtra. The firm is executing various Irrigation Projects viz; Dams, Barrages, Irrigation Tunnels, K. T. Weirs, and Canals etc. for Water Resource Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. He is Lead Partner and current job profile is to manage back office operations.
